To really feel the shift and full effect of horse guided coaching, we highly recommend a private session where the horse herd is there to support only you and your personal journey of growth.

From 18 to 22 September we travel to Almaty, Kazakhstan. This is for horse lovers who want to learn more about communicating with their horse, based on free will, honest partnership and clear body language. October 2025 - Start of the Season

Saturday 25th October from 15:30 to 17:30
A Creative Equine Experience at Melia Desert Palm

Step into a quiet oasis just outside the city and reconnect with your inner voice - with the help of horses.

In this 2-hour Horse Guided Empowerment® workshop, you’ll meet our intuitive herd and spend time in mindful observation and gentle interaction. As the horses respond to your presence, they may reflect emotions or unspoken truths - a message only you can interpret.

We’ll then move to the shaded terrace, where you’ll channel your impressions into a personal piece of art. Using postcards, watercolors, collage, or mixed media, you’ll create a "Message from the Horse" - a symbolic reminder of what the experience brought to light.

No horse or art experience needed. Just bring an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.

HorseWalk: Fitness with Meaning
Saturday 22th November from 15:30 to 17:30 at Melia Desert Palm 
A Mindful Movement Experience with Horses at Desert Palm

Step outside, breathe deeply, and get your steps in - with purpose.

HorseWalk is a 2-hour guided walking experience that blends light fitness with emotional awareness and leadership skills, all in the serene green surroundings of the Melia Desert Palm estate.

In partnership with gentle, grounded horses, you’ll take mindful walks through shaded trails and open spaces. Learn to guide a horse on foot - no prior experience needed - and discover how animals respond to your posture, focus, and energy.

This is more than a walk. It’s a chance to:

• Boost your physical activity in nature
• Practice clear, calm communication
• Build emotional resilience and presence
• Connect with yourself, your breath, and your body - step by step

Offered as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge - 30x30, this experience is open to all fitness levels and requires no horse experience.

Come walk with us - and find your rhythm again.
The 2 hours consist of introduction, safety guidelines and grounding, and an active part of leading the horses through the resort taking turns in the group, followed by a short closing round and debrief.
