End of 2025, Angie has opened her beautiful farm that is part of the ‘Emirates Villages’ project, promoting sustainable farming and true heritage of the UAE.
She has built beautiful meeting spaces and a cafe, and connected with all her Emirati neighbors, thus creating something truly special:
a green, tranquil space, where horses and other animals roam free and are highly welcoming, and that allows us to offer events that are honest and build real connections - between humans and nature.

With the help of her calm and gentle horses, supported by her loving personality, our team of certified facilitators designs programs that allow teams and corporate executives to get honest and direct feedback, whilst at the same time having fun, relaxing and taking a deep breath away from the office.
Our full day outdoor team trainings are an amazing, innovative way to learn about yourself and develop soft skills like empathy, clear communication, becoming aware of your body language, and truly getting to know your colleagues.

Especially in times of change and busy schedules, our trainings under the natural backdrop of the mountains and palm trees are a refreshing way to get new ideas, new input, and bring people closer together.

About Al Qidfa, Fujeirah

Al Qidfa is one of Fujairah’s historically rich coastal farming villages, known for its fertile soil, palm groves, and deep roots in Emirati agricultural heritage.
Selected as a flagship site under the national initiative to revitalize rural regions, Al Qidfa is being transformed into a “living classroom” - a place where learning and community connection happen directly through the land itself. This setting naturally supports reflection, meaningful conversation and human connection, away from the fast pace of city life.

What is included in the team building days (full or half days possible)

Included in our team buildings is the following

• All leadership coaching and activities with the horses tailored to the client company's objectives
• Certified facilitators to ensure safety and transformative learning 
• Exclusive rental of venue and horses including horse handlers
• Walks around the farm areas
• Optional: Yoga or Mindfulness activities 
• F&B and Cultural Experience (subject to harvest timing):

Assorted farm-picked fresh fruits like papaya or mango (at least 3 varieties)
Dried figs (season permitting), dates and light local bites
Coffee / Karak / water and refreshments
Bedouin Lugamat/Cultural demo (cooking skills, palm-braid placemats) with setup

Optional BBQ:

BBQ dinner cooked live in front of guests.
Local Hibiscus slushies and mango drinks.
Main proteins: meat sliders, grilled chicken sliders, grilled shrimp tacos.

Sides and salads (seasonal, fresh, land-sourced) 2 choice of locally made desserts

A safe and meaningful corporate getaway

No horse riding is involved, and no prior horse experience is required. All interactions take place safely from the ground.

Combine this training with a hotel stay on the east coast for a unique getaway and possibility to reset.

The trainings are customized as per your requests, but always involve the following:

• Introduction and safety agreement - our trainings are physically, but also emotionally a safe place, and no prior horse experience is required
• Various individual and group activities with the horses from the ground - in a respectful, trusting manner
• Feedback and discussion rounds, sometimes with video analysis
• Debrief and transfer to the office space of the learnt lessons
