After lunch, the journey begins with Essence Framework - examining how your authentic self operates across Work, Home, Community, and Self.
This is what makes the workshop powerful.
We start the journey towards mastering balance through deep connection with your core essence.
When you operate from your authentic nature, balance becomes organic rather than exhausting.

Next, we move to the paddock with the horses.
Without riding, through guided coaching where you connect with them on eye to eye level, you become grounded in your present, something we rarely do.
Horses demand authenticity - they respond to who you are, not who you think you should be.
They reflect your internal state without judgment, creating immediate feedback that bypasses intellectual defence mechanisms.

The result is transformation that operates at multiple levels simultaneously, creating the conditions for breakthrough rather than incremental change.

David Singleton - Oraculi

Transformational Growth Coach and founder of Oraculi, specialises in high- performance mindset and leadership development. He works with leaders and teams to shift mindsets and embed authentic leadership behaviours. Drawing on his own frameworks and global boardroom experience, David supports high-pressure professionals to act with purpose and presence. His approach blends strategic insight with embodied practice to create lasting transformation and impact.

Maria Ollero - Collective Coaching

A NeuroChangeSolutions Certified Consultant and Horse Coach, Maria applies neuroscience-based tools to help leaders and teams shift mindset, build emotional intelligence, and embed resilient leadership behaviours. She supports high- pressure executives to manage stress, enhance decision-making, and lead with presence. Through coaching, retreats, and corporate programmes, Maria creates space for authentic transformation by helping people reconnect with themselves.

Monica Kubik - FeelQuest

Monica Kubik, founder of FeelQuest, leads transformative horse-guided leadership programmes. She uses the natural responsiveness of horses to reveal authentic presence and impact. Her work strips away titles and roles, builds trust, and strengthens confidence, enabling leaders and teams to connect deeply, embrace authenticity, and transform how they influence and lead.

What to expect from the day

Ahead of the retreat, participants complete the Oraculi Trifecta - three assessments that provide a complete view of leadership potential.

This includes

• Positive Intelligence Saboteur data (identifying limiting patterns)
• VIA Character Strengths (revealing authentic strengths), and
•  Oraculi’s Introsight analysis (mapping operating style).

Together, these insights reveal transformation leverage points and create the foundation for targeted growth on the day, offering a holistic view of the leader beyond the boardroom.
Each participant will receive a personalised insight report from Coach David, with reflections to bring into the retreat and build on through the horse-guided and coaching sessions.

Start the weekend with purpose 
We begin after lunch at 13:30, gathering at the Clubhouse to go in detail through the Essence Framework before stepping into the paddock for a grounding experience with the horses.
After this first session, we pause together over coffee and refreshments before returning to the paddock for “Embodying the Leader Within,” a powerful exploration of how horses reflect authenticity and presence in leadership.
The afternoon then concludes with sunset on the luxurious terrace of the boutique hotel Melia Desert Palm, where insights settle, conversations deepen, and the experience integrates before we close.
