Horses don't respond to who we pretend to be - only to who we actually are.
That's the foundation of equine-assisted wellness: real connection, not performance.

This isn't a yoga class with horses in the backrgound. It's hands-on, ground-based horse connection - guided interaction, mindful walks, and reflection that helps you notice yourself more clearly.
No riding experience needed.
No wellness background needed.
Just openness.

This is something different: an active, relational experience of equine assisted healing.

What to expect:

  • Grounding & Intro - settle in, meet the herd, set an intention for the afternoon
  • Horse Connection & Walk - guided, hands-on interaction and mindful walking with the horses, led by a certified equine-assisted wellness practitioner
  • Reflection Circle - share and integrate what came up, in a small, supportive group
  • Every Sunday afternoon 4 to 6pm, starting 1st November 2026
  • Max 6 people per session
  • 270 AED per person
  • All experience levels welcome - no horse experience necessary

    Monica has spent her whole life around horses - as an owner and rider across show jumping, classical dressage, and endurance.
    This isn't a wellness trend she picked up; it's a lifetime of real horsemanship.
    That depth of experience means the connection she helps you build with each horse is grounded in genuine knowledge and respect, not just technique.

    The venue

    The sessions run inside the residential area of the Desert Palm Estate with the therapy horses from the Equestrian Foundation for People of Determination.
