Slow everything down

Horses operate in a different timezone to the modern world.

They breathe, they sense, they feel, they have four feet on the ground and are completely aware of their environment.

When they are not threatened or pre-conditioned with a stress or trauma, they take time to be curious, relate clearly to their environment and respond calmly.

They can teach us a lot!
